- 457,000 square feet planned across two phases
- Approximately 202,000 square feet in Phase I
- Roughly 255,000 square feet in Phase II
- January 2027 planned groundbreaking
RevKo Commercial Real Estate plans AeroPoint 1960 at 5301 Farm to Market 1960 Road East in North Houston, near George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Its developer announcement was posted September 30, with a September 29 release dateline. The planned campus totals 457,000 square feet.
Phase I is designed as five manufacturing buildings totaling approximately 202,000 square feet, with construction expected to start in January 2027 and delivery targeted for the third quarter of that year. Phase II would add five buildings and roughly 255,000 square feet through customized development arrangements. Neither phase should be counted as delivered space.
The announcement does not disclose a capital budget, job count or signed tenants. The apartment-demand implication is therefore conditional: operating businesses and actual hiring could support nearby rentals, but a construction plan alone does not establish new renter households.

Nearby apartment demand depends on tenant commitments and hiring; the proposed floor area is a pipeline signal.
